QA/PI Setup - Review Types

To set up your types of QA/PI types follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform

Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3: Access the 'QA/PI Management' from the Administrative Toolbar 

Step 4: Select 'Review Types' from the in-app menu

Step 5: Select 'Add New' to enter a new review type or 'Manage' to edit any configured review types

Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to configure your review type

 

 Additional Information 

  • New Review Type - The name of the review you are creating (ACLS Call, Call Review)
  • Employee Notification - When do you want to notify the employee about this review
  • Employee Notification Method - How do you want to notify the employee
  • Perfect Score Email Script - Configure a specific email to be sent if an employee makes a perfect score
  • Non-Perfect Score Email Script - Configure a specific email to be sent if an employee makes a non-perfect score
  • Record Creation Script - Configure a specific email to be sent when a record is created
