Step 1: Log into the VAIRKKO Platform

Step 2: Access the Administrative area by clicking 'ADMIN' in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3: Access the 'QA/PI Management' from the Administrative Toolbar 

Step 4: Select 'Categories' from the in-app menu

Step 5: Select the 'Add New' tab to create a new category or the 'General' tab to interact with created categories

Step 6: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your category

 

What is a category?  Categories are can be anything you to associate questions with. For example, a Policy category can be used to signify all questions relating to policies.
