Introduction to Compliance Rules

The Compliance Rules feature allows you to compare your employees and Departments to pre-configured certifications to ensure your Agency is compliant with Local, State, or Federal Laws. To utilize this feature, follow the steps below.

Creating Compliance Rules 

  1. Log into the VAIRKKO Platform and select Admin in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Education -> Certification Cloud from the Admin Toolbar located on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Compliance Rules from the in-app menu.
  4. Select the ADD New Tab to create a Compliance Rule.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to configure your Compliance Rule

Auditing Employees against Compliance Rules 

There are two ways to audit employees against Compliance Rules. This Audit will tell you the compliance of each employee against a specific rule or all rules within your agency.

  1. Log into the VAIRKKO Platform and select Admin in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Education -> Certification Cloud from the Admin Toolbar located on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Compliance Rules from the in-app menu.
  4. Select Audit Employees from the Action Button next to the Rule you want to check ALL Employees against
  5. To Check ONE employee against ALL rules, select "Audit Employee" located above the Manage Tab

Auditing a Department against a Compliant Rule 

  1. Log into the VAIRKKO Platform and select Admin in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Education -> Certification Cloud from the Admin Toolbar located on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Compliance Rules from the in-app menu.
  4. Select Audit Department from the Actions Button next to the Compliance Rule you want to compare to ALL your Departments

Editing Compliance Rules 

  1. Log into the VAIRKKO Platform and select Admin in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Education -> Certification Cloud from the Admin Toolbar located on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Compliance Rules from the in-app menu.
  4. Select the Manage Tab
  5. Select Edit, Copy, or Delete from the Actions Button next to the Compliance Rule you want to interact with.
