Step 1. Log into the Vairkko Mobile App
Step 2: Click on the Icon in the left-hand corner and go to the “Admin” tab.
Step 3: Select “Rider Portal” from the above in-menu app
Step 4: If there are any ride requests on your selected day they will display below. Use the arrows at the top of the screen to change the date or use the filters area to narrow down the ride requests displayed each day.
Step 5: Click on the ride request to view further details and options appear. You can approve/deny the request from this area.
