Email Messages being bounced or not received by recipient

Email delivery problems are complex and typically can be one of many issues. Troubleshooting these issues can be time-consuming and frustrating.

If you are experiencing email deliverability problems in that you or your team members are not able to receive emails sent from the VAIRKKO platform you may wish to try the following:

  • Speak with your email server administrator and have them whitelist VAIRKKO's mail server external IP Address.  You will want to add a whitelist record in any/all of the following:
    • SPAM Filters
    • CONTENT Filters
    • Firewalls
    • EMAIL server
    • Virus/Malware Protection

 

 

The IP Address(s) to whitelist are:

54.240.123.60 & 54.240.123.59

 

Additionally; whitelisting the domains our system uses to send out email/text messages will also help resolve the issue.  Please ensure all email from the following domains are whitelisted:

@vairkko.com, @vairkkomail.com

Verify our servers are not currently listed on any known spam/blacklists:

Verify our servers meet your mail servers minimum configuration/settings:

Because of the number of devices and systems in the market today this article cannot cover all the different ways each device may need you to configure the whitelist. For more information on how to configure your whitelist please contact your hardware/software vendor.\
